In order to provide with a multi-level control, in the organization there is an independent Methodological Council as well as the Quality Control and Methodology Department that carry out a strict quality supervision alongside methodological and consulting support for audit and consulting units. The front office managers of the audit and consulting units, in their turn, monitor the employees’ activity starting from auditors’ assistants up to the project managers.
